How is my order shipped?

We send most orders in mailbox shipments with shipping partner PostNL.

We do this with an air cushion envelope or mailbox box.

Orders are shipped free of charge from 15 euros. Under 15 euros the shipping costs are 2.95 euros in the Netherlands and 3.95 euros outside the Netherlands. 


How soon will I receive my order?

Fixed assortment of items will be received on average within 1 to 3 working days.

Custom custom orders are received on average within 3 to 10 working days.

What to do in case of a damaged delivery?

We as a shipper are responsible for a good delivery.

If you have received an order from us that is (clearly) damaged, we would like to receive your notification as soon as possible: with the photo or photos of the damaged packaging and products. You will then receive a return label from us so that you can return the order to us for free. We make sure you receive new products from us as soon as possible. We'll give you an estimated delivery date.


What to do on an unse received delivery?

We as a shipper are responsible for a good delivery.

If you have placed an order with only a fixed range of items and you have not received the order within 5 working days or have not received an order with custom custom items within 14 working days, we would like to receive your notification: and we will get started. We will then start an investigation and keep you informed.


NOTE: Currently, mail and parcel services are very busy due to the Covid19 problems and spikes in online purchases. For the time being, we use double timelines for a shipment that has not been received in time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
