Do I have a warranty on my items?

We guarantee all our items.

We distinguish between two types of warranty:

  • Misprint
  • Wear of the prints

 

Warranty in case of misprinting

We have a high quality requirement and check every order before it is shipped. Because printing and checking is manual work, a little mistake slips in between sporadically.

 

What to do when receiving a misprint?

Send us an email: klantenservice@bedrukjeblokje.com and add a photo / photos. Also refer to your order number or send the order confirmation. In most cases, you will receive a date on which we will deliver the recovery print to you by post. In some cases, you will receive a return label from us so that you can return the item (s) to us for free so that we can review it.

 

Warranty on a misprint is always the same product replaced for a new copy. You can't change articles or print. We do not give vouchers and we do not credit a warranty item.

 

In the exceptional case where we cannot replace the same product in time, you will receive a (part) credit from us for the returned item(s) under warranty.

 

A timely recovery of returned items(s) is a maximum of 4 weeks or 1 month. After receiving the photo or item (s) actually returned, you will receive a message from us within 5 working days with the expected new delivery date.

 

Because we use our online bedrukjeblokje.nl to target the sales to the private consumer, you cannot claim (further) damages from us on the basis of received misprints( ken). For example, printed custom invitations to a party or event where the actual date has expired before we have been able to manufacture and send the replacement items within the time limit(s) set by us.

 

Warranty for wear

We print safe ECO Solvent inks with food packaging and toys.

When you have an often used article printed by us, such as a minifigure that is played a lot or a puzzle that you want to make several times, the print wears out many times faster than if, for example, you place a street name board and do not actively play along.

Our inks are not scratch fixed and we do not treat them to make them stronger. We also strongly recommend, because our items should also be able to be used by children, so as not to process them themselves with a spray or lacquer because they are not safe and our items no longer meet the NEN standards for food packaging and toys safely.

Our prints cannot be exposed to direct sunlight because the color in the ink will then quickly fade.
