Frequently asked questions:
What is the delivery time of my order?
When you place an order with only a fixed range of items and paid with iDeal or PayPal, the delivery time is on average 1 to 3 business days.
If you order (also) custom custom items, the delivery time is on average 3 to 10 working days. This is because we always have set-up and design work to make sure your print comes out right.
If you have a desired or necessary delivery date, you can send us an email at: email@example.com or contact us via our Social media accounts and we can check together if we can reach that date. There may be additional costs when we take an urgent order, we discuss this in advance.
Can I change my order that has already been placed?
If you have placed an order with only a fixed range of items and we have not yet processed the order it is possible to pass on changes.
If you have (also) ordered custom custom items it is no longer possible to change.
It is therefore important that you check carefully whether the texts and/or photos are correct when using custom custom orders. We assess manually but unfortunately don't see everything. For example, if you have specified a text with lowercase letters but want large letters, we do not allow it to be overcome and we print the text in lowercase letters.
What to do if I made a mistake when ordering?
Send us an email as soon as possible: firstname.lastname@example.org and then we try to remove the order from our process.
If the order contains custom custom items and we have already printed them then change or cancellation is no longer possible.
Can I leave an order open to add later?
Orders via our webshop go directly into our planning. Unfortunately, keeping or adding open is not possible.
