Can I return my items?

Course! You can think about the purchase and review the items received. Please note that you may only view the items to review the purchase. You can't use the items. Only new, unused and undamaged items can be returned on the basis of the right of withdrawal.

Print cube sells to individuals, these return conditions are only intended for private purchases.

Return terms

• Print cube has a return period of 30 days.

The return period starts on the day you received the entire order. If items from an order have been delivered by us later or after delivery, the return period will take place on the day of the last received delivery.

• The items are new, unused and undamaged.
• Custom or custom items cannot be returned, such as:
  • Street and place signs with their own text
  • Registration plates with their own text
  • Other articles with their own text
  • Articles with own photo or photos
  • Puzzle articles with custom print
  • Other articles with own photo
• With a combination order of fixed assortment and custom-made items, the entire order minus the custom items can be returned. After checking the return, you will receive the purchase amount back minus the custom items.

Return costs

• The return costs are at your own expense when you return without giving a reason. After reviewing the items, you will receive a credit note by email and we will refund the full purchase amount, including any initial shipping costs.

How to return the items

• Send us an email on klantenservice@bedrukjeblokje.com and you will receive a return number and address from us. If it is a return due to service (breakage, misprint) then you will receive a return label from us so that you can send the items to us for free.
• TIP: For higher order amounts, it is wise to choose a return option with tracking code.

How quickly my return was processed

• We aim to have your return processed within 5 working days. Then you will receive an email from us with the credit note and expected repayment date. Usually within 10 business days of receiving your return. This may depend in part on which payment method you paid for the order. PayPal and iDeal are processed within 1 business day, Credit card takes several business days.
